The method

Three stages, in this order

Reconnaissance, positioning, surveillance. Skip a stage and the next one is guesswork, which is how most marketing budgets quietly disappear.

01 Reconnaissance

Where are your buyers actually looking?

We start with the searches, questions, and comparisons your buyers make before they pick anyone. That covers the words they type into Google, the questions they now ask an assistant, and the competitors they weigh you against.

  • The terms your best customers use, ranked by how close they are to buying.
  • The pages that currently win those terms, and what they have that you do not.
  • The questions assistants answer about your industry, and who they name.
  • What your competitors cannot say, which is usually your opening.
02 Positioning

What do we build to make you the answer?

A fast, hand-built site with pages aimed at the questions your buyers ask. Every page leads with the direct answer, so a person gets the point immediately and an assistant can quote you without guessing at your meaning.

  • A static site with no plugin sprawl, built to load before attention runs out.
  • Pages structured around real questions, with the answer in the first lines.
  • The technical groundwork search engines and assistants need to read you correctly.
  • Copy written to sound like a person, because it is going in public.
03 Surveillance

How do we know what is working?

Every lead is traced back to the page, search, or answer that produced it. You see which work is earning and which is not, rather than a monthly chart that goes up and to the right regardless of what happened.

  • Lead tracking connected to the action that actually created it.
  • Reporting that names what changed and what it moved.
  • A clear split between what compounds and what pays immediately.
  • Regular revision, because the search landscape keeps moving under you.

What does AiFox do, in one paragraph?

AiFox finds where your buyers are looking, builds the pages and technical groundwork that make you the business they find, and then traces every lead back to whatever produced it. It works like an intelligence agency rather than an ad agency: identify the target, position, and keep watch. Plans start at $999.

Common questions about the process

Do I have to take the whole package?

No. Most clients start with the full chain because the parts reinforce each other, but you can begin with a single piece, like a new site or a search visibility cleanup, and expand later.

What do you need from me to start?

A deep dive, about an hour, and access to whatever analytics or accounts you already have. If you have none, that is fine and common. We start from what your buyers are searching.

How is this different from a normal agency retainer?

You are not buying hours or activity reports. You are buying a position: being the business a buyer finds when they are finished comparing. The work is what it takes to hold that, and we tell you plainly when a month is housekeeping rather than progress.

What happens if it does not work?

We tell you before you would notice on a chart. If a channel is not producing, we say so, explain what we think is happening, and either change the approach or stop spending on it.
